Arrangements for Departure / Ishwar Ballav
Like a few good men
birds were getting together on branches of trees.
today, the eastern breeze has not blown so far
and even one withered leaf has not been fallen yet.
No doubt, sorrow in heart aches like a tornado,
thus, it is better to forget these sorts of stuffs.
Now, by standing on brink, I will look at
the glen below, whether the river came back;
a few days ago, a river had
gone that way to the sky, by becoming
patches of cloud.
whether the water got to flow or not
for, it had beaten its banks and fields,
and the sea had roared terribly.
Where did the rowers go?
they haven’t arrived holding their rows till now,
this season, hurricane is about to arrive.
Now, it is time to go back home.
